Scoot’s statement

Scoot provided a statement to Fathership, confirming that four passengers and three crew members received immediate medical assistance upon arrival in Guangzhou. “Our priority is the welfare of our customers and cabin crew, and we will extend all the necessary support and assistance required,” the airline stated. As of 8:30 pm local time, one passenger remained hospitalised for further observation.

Photos from 8world News showed airport emergency personnel using a stretcher to carry a passenger out of the cabin. Additionally, a man and a woman, who appeared to be crew members, were seen in wheelchairs, highlighting the severity of the injuries sustained during the turbulence.
