Activist-run Facebook Page Wake Up, Singapore (WUSG) has been issued a correction direction by the Pofma Office over falsehoods it had published about KK Women's and Children's Hospital (KKH).
Despite public backlash, WUSG, together with alternative news publication the Independent Singapore (TISG), are taking advantage of the saga to drive up their ad revenue.

TISG is currently run by Kumaran Pillai, also the former communications chief for Progress Singapore Party.
According to Fathership's sources, the numbers are inflated, and positioned in a way to get as much ad revenue as possible from would-be sponsors.
Just not the ones who sponsored the POFMA bill.
